TIME: Any time after 3PM MST.
PARKING: We live on the corner of a cul-de-sac and have plenty of free street parking. Please park on our side of the street in front of our house. We have a large front/side yard where you can park during your stay. Please do not park in our driveway. Click here to see where to park.
ACCESS: Come and go as you please through the separate entrance on the side of our home. You can come into the backyard through the gate on the side of our house by the 3rd car garage. There is a stairwell that will take you to the lower level suite. We will provide you with an access code to the door that can be used for the duration of your stay.

We are here for you at any time during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. Please notify us what time you plan on checking in so we can prepare for your arrival.
Check-Out
TIME: Any time before 11AM MST.
- Don’t worry about stripping the sheets from the beds or washing any of the linens or towels before you leave. Everything is rewashed and sanitized between guests and we will take care of this.
- The suite was sparkling clean when you arrived. Please don’t leave it a mess. Wash dishes and throw out the garbage before check-out.
- Please let us know when you’ve checked out. This will allow us to start cleaning and sanitizing the space for our next guests.
