House Rules

You must agree to ALL of our house rules to stay in our space. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in deductions from your security deposit (or other penalties).

1. You agree to follow ALL of our check-in and check-out instructions
2. No shoes inside the home. Pease take your shoes off right inside the door
3. There is absolutely NO smoking or vaping anything inside our home
4. No eating or drinking in the bedroom. Please enjoy your meals in the kitchen and dining area
5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 adults (+small children)
6. We do NOT allow pets due to allergies
7. No candles or air fresheners
8. We live in a neighborhood and ask that you do not make noise outside after 9PM
9. We live here, Absolutely NO parties or Events
10. Wash dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout
11. Report any damages and/or breakages right away. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb
