We have 3 kids (Spartacus 7, Khaleesi 6, Haven 3) and you may hear occasional pitter patter of little feet above you. We do our best to make sure it is very quiet for you between 8PM-8AM. If this is ever an issue, please let us know right away!

Parking – We live on the corner of a cul-de-sac and have plenty of free street parking. We have a large front/side yard where you can park during your stay. Please park on our side of the street on the front/side of our house. Please do not park in our driveway. Click here to see where you should park.
Entrance – Come and go as you please through the separate entrance on the side of our home. You can come into the backyard through the gate on the side of our house by the 3rd car garage. There is a stairwell that will take you to our basement where you will stay. We will provide you with an access code to the door that can be used for the duration of your stay. *When you leave you can tap the “SCHLAGE” button on the keypad to lock the door.
Shoes – Please take your shoes off right when you come inside. There are built-ins where you can store your shoes. We have small children that crawl all over the floor and we try to keep them as clean as possible.
WiFi – We have high speed internet available to keep you connected with the world. The Network is: SanchezSuite and Password is: PleaseLeaveA5*Review!
TV – Enjoy Amazon Prime Video and Disney+ on our 75” 4k TV. Our TV also has all of the apps built in like Netflix and Hulu if you have your personal login. There are blankets for the couch inside the coffee table. Click here for how to work the TV.
Music – We have a Klipsch Bluetooth speaker for you to enjoy music during your stay. Feel free to listen as loud as you like. If it’s ever too loud we will let you know. Click here to see how to use the speaker.
Temperature – The thermostat is located upstairs and our home shares the same controls. There are 2 temperature censers in the suite and we do our best to make sure the suite is a comfortable temperature. We also have a Dyson Hot+Cool air purifier which allows you to regulate the temperature. *Please do not move the unit around as we do not want it damaged. Click here to see how to operate the Dyson.
Sleeping – We can comfortably sleep 3 people and can accommodate up to 4 if they are children. We have a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size airbed. We also have a pack-n-play are available upon request.
Water – The water in our whole house is purified but it is also softened so we don’t recommend drinking it from the tap. The refrigerator has reverse osmosis water in the door and a built in pitcher that refills automatically. Our house uses a tankless water heater and it can take a few minutes to heat up once the hot water is turned on. Once the water is hot, it will never run out! Laundry – We have a full size LG washer and dryer with laundry soap provided to keep your clothes clean during your stay. The laundry soap is under the bathroom sink. There is a full size ironing board, iron, and luggage racks available in the bedroom closet. *Please use the black wash cloth to wash your face and remove your makeup.
Cooking – *Please turn the range hood on high when cooking to pull the food smell out of the house. Your private kitchen is decked out with top of the line Samsung appliances. Including a full size refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, microwave and a toaster for all of your food preparation and cooking. Click here for a list of everything we have available in our kitchen.
Coffee – We love good coffee & tea! We have a Ninja coffee maker that can make hot and cold brew coffee & tea. We also have french press. We provide organic coffee beans, organic tea, organic sweeteners and organic creams. We have a coffee grinder so that each cup is fresh and delicious! Dishes & Clean Up – We provide dish and hand soap in the kitchen, dishwasher soap, cleaning spray, paper towels & trash bags.
Trash – We have two bins in one of the base cabinets in the kitchen. The closest bin is for trash and the back bin is for recycles. If these get full you can empty them in the large bins at the top of the stairwell outside.
Toiletries – We provide premium shampoo & conditioner, body wash, body lotion, Q-tips & cotton balls. The lotion and extra soaps are under the sink in the bathroom. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom vanity drawer. *Please only flush toilet paper down the toilet.
Games – We have dice and card games located in one of the drawers in the kitchen.
Kids – We have a secret hideout located in one of the closets inside the bedroom! There is also a drawer in the kitchen full of bowls and utensils for small children.
Smoking – 420 is more than ok, OUTSIDE our home! There is absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING in the suite. The private stairwell is a perfect place to enjoy your Colorado herb. Please use the ashtray provided for any waste. Cigarettes and joints will clog the drain at the base of the stairs so please don’t put the butts in there.
Backyard – The side of our house where you enter the suite is fenced off from the rest of our backyard. Guests have access to the side of our house but not the backyard. This space is for our kids.
